CANCELLATION POLICY
​
We value your business and ask you to please respect our scheduling policies. Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
​
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% for the scheduled appointment.
​
Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 50% for the scheduled appointment.
​
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged 100% for the scheduled appointment.
​
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accomodate other clients that are scheduled after you. If you need to be rescheduled due to a late arrival a 25% charge will be applied. Because of this strict 24 hour cancellation policy a credit card is required on file at all times for booking.
